If the juvenile justice system works as it did when I was involved with it, you’ll likely never know their names or the punishments they receive. Neither will the man’s widow. Eight and nine are so young that they might not even see juvie. All depends on SC law governing crimes committed by juveniles.

Its got nothing to do with race and everything to do with culture. Explain to me why black kids arent graduating high school in significantly higher rates than any other race! Explain to me why black kids are shooting each other in rates much higher than other races are shooting each other! Explain to me why why so many blacks...black kids...are going to prison and not for innocent reasons...not for walking on the sidewalk and getting pulled into prison is so high! Explain to me why 13% of the population is responsible for 50% of the murder! If its got nothing to do with culture, explain to me why the SINGLE MOTHERHOOD rate in the black community has gone from 20% to 80% in the same time that the civil rights movement has made such tremendous gains! Is America more racist now than it was in the '60's and if it is please explain to me how that happened!
