Brewster, 41, agreed to pay her ex-husband, Andrew Form, $5 million as part of their divorce settlement, The Blast reported this week. The figure represents his half of their marital home in Los Angeles, which she will keep.
Any income Brewster makes from the latest “Fast and Furious” flick is solely hers, as her producer ex agreed that any income either earns “as a result of their personal and professional effort” from their May 13, 2020 and beyond “shall be the separate property of the earning party.”
Neither Brewster nor Form will receive or pay spousal support.

She was born in Panama, lived in London until age 6, then in Brazil until age 10, then New York. Her mother was a Brazilian model. Her paternal grandfather was president of Yale University (1963–77) and U.S. Ambassador to the U.K. (1977–81). As a teenager, she acted on soap operas All My Children and As the World Turns.
Kingman Brewster. He was sort of famous once. The family goes back to the Mayflower. It's strange to go from that to Fast and Furious, but the next Yale president became baseball commissioner and was actor Paul Giamatti's father.
She has gotten prettier over the years. Don’t remember much of her acting but if she is a nice person, good luck to her in the future.
