Questions:
- Did they intentionally set them off in the truck, or did they go off accidently, say do to the heat?
- What led them to these "fireworks"? Was there a tip? An investigation?
- What was the intended use of the "illegal fireworks"? Celebrations or riots?
- Were the fireworks poorly designed? Or just not properly permitted? What made them "illegal"?
- Who owned these fireworks?
