Cosby is scum. BUT there was prosecutorial misconduct here. He was granted immunity in exchange for testifying in a civil case. Then they used his testimony in that case, stripped the immunity and prosecuted him criminally.
From a civil liberties perspective, tricking someone into waiving their 5th amendments rights is not right.

Cosby was only found guilty because he had confessed in a sealed deposition in exchange for immunity from prosecution. A second prosecutor got that confession unsealed. Regardless of Cosby’s conduct, this is prosecutorial misconduct. Proves government cannot be trusted. The second prosecutor should be disbarred, fired, sentenced to life at hard labor, and executed.
