Funny how the PA Supreme Court duck taped, hammered, and bondoed together what seems to be a very dubious excuse for vacating Cosby’s conviction, yet had no reservations about ignoring and violating clear election laws in 2020.

It has always been that way. If you do not have money for a good lawyer, you are screwed if they want to convict you.
Listening and reading the PA supreme court decision, it sounds like the Persecution did a bad job. This is a Fruit of a poisonous tree case.
It is not right but we are a nation of laws, and the courts must follow the laws.
We should not want the laws twisted in attempts to convict a person or group. That is what they attempted on Trump and now Jan 6 Patriots. Note the courts twisted the laws to throw out Election court cases.

I’ve seen Cos twice. First time was doing comedy.
Second time was at university lecture in Richmond, VA. Y’all would’ve loved it. Shot straight w/ his audience, mostly black young people. Great stuff.

Bill Cosby - Himself, is still one of the funniest things I’ve watched, especially the story of when he went to the dentist.
