No argument about women getting “roofied” at bars, but if I recall from the details of this Cosby case, these women went to his apartment. They were looking for something. You don’t go into private with a married man and expect to come out unscathed.
I do not recall the case well enough to say one way or the other for sure, but I vaguely recall that there may have been one where she was in a bar or restaurant with him.
Either way, my point on this thread was mostly that just because someone got ‘roofied’ does not automatically mean that they had consented to the point of going to the other party’s dwelling, despite what several posters were claiming. In fact, most of the time they haven’t. Bars, restaurants, parties and concerts are IIRC the most likely places for people to get roofied.
