Some people believe in manners or decorum at all times when addressing "our betters" in public office. Way past that point with the pushing of evil ideologies, financial mismanagement, grifting, and the arrogant attitude. Can't make open threats, just do that stuff unannounced and in a place where no one is at. If no one sees it, nothing happened.
