It would make me wonder: “How?!”. As in, how did someone know to be in the right place at the right time.
It was probably security or someone looking at a security cam monitor and when they started seeing stuff move, the started videoing the monitor with their phone camera.
If it is the original security camera video, you can bet that a building that size collapsing caused all sorts of things that would make a security camera tremble.
You have the equivalent of a bomb going off in near proximity.
Lots of people reported the building was making a lot of noises before it collapsed. Maybe it would have woken people up in nearby buildings.
But the theory that somebody was filming a monitor makes more sense.
If this happened at 1:00 am, why is the sky so light? At that time, you would think it would be black.
