Do you speak the grammatically-correct language of white supremacy, or are you better than that?
At Maryland’s Towson University recently, a virtual conference ripped the racism of “rightful” words.
June 17th’s Antiracist Pedagogy Symposium sought to shed light on selecting syllables.
Associate Professor of Language, Literacy, and English Education April Baker-Bell — of Michigan State University — insisted teachers’ enforcement of standard English rules is an assault on “black language.”
Furthermore, per Campus Reform, she indicated black Americans bear a burden of racist violence.
White language guidelines, from the sound of things, aren’t too dissimilar:
“[It’s apparent that] anti-blackness that is used to diminish black language of black students in classrooms is not separate from the rampant and deliberate anti-black racism and violence inflicted upon black people in society.”
Black people don’t use conventionally “good” grammar, April evidently asserts, and teachers act as if they’re inferior:
“Teacher attitudes include assumptions that black students are somehow linguistically, morally, and intellectually inferior because they communicate in black language.”
Where whiteness is concerned, April’s contention isn’t uncommon.

I think people should be able to speak their own native language.
But Liberals think that this is too hard for blacks. We cannot expect proper English from them because they’re incapable?
Oh, and 2+2=3 or 4... whichever makes you feel better about yourself.
No- they just want the money us White people earn and enjoy the benefits of things White people have invented (medicine, computers, electricity, phones, tvs, air conditioning, cars, trains, planes, stoves, indoor plumbing, etc etc)
Their own, local or ethnic one, and the one common, "proper" English.
Most of we 8th generation Vermonters have our own local dialects, different from one another and very different from "standard English".
However, most of us also became proficient at standard English to be able to communicate with others.
I enjoy hearing a southern Black accent and dialect, as well as many others, and I hope when I slip back into my Vermont twang, it entertains others as well.
You would think Blacks would be very offended by the low expectations of racist liberals.
When America collapses, they are not going to like what follows.
They fail in life because they are unable to learn that 1 + 1 = 2, and how to speak English correctly.
To justify that, they claim that math and grammar are racist. Then they hate us for that.
I mean, if we start talking with the F...ing this and F...ing that, and we "be hang'n" with good old Mom, a guy could get "all bussted" that way... :(
They will blame racism, and claim they did not do enough to destroy America fast enough.
Bad grammar is an open display of ignorance. Who wants to hire that?
Towson State is another of the fake universities whose reason for being appears to be to provide employment for third rate professors and pick the pocket of its student body.
Just another leftist arguing that black people are too stupid to be educated. Nothing more, nothing less.
“ enforcement of standard English rules is an assault on “black language.”
No, “black language” is an assault on standard English. They tried to sell “Ebonics” a while back. No good. Step up, blacks. Everything isn’t racist.
The ghetto dialect is a cultural marker, not a racial marker. Why does the left insist that ignorance and vulgarity are authentically black? That is an insult to the great majority of black people in the U.S. who speak standard English.
If the people in that photo actually lived around blacks, they wouldn’t be holding those signs.
I don't believe that they are "unable" to learn. I believe they hate whitey so much that they absolutely refuse to do what whitey does..
They seem to have no problems establishing their own economy in the narcotics trade, the rap business, or anything else that pisses whitey off..
Stop acting white syndrome
