From what I see here, w/o any Googling, Fallout 4 must be an online Game. River, the dearly departed cannine was real.

Fallout is a video game series by Bethesda games. Fallout 4 is just the latest in the series. One of the claims to fame for the franchise is that the developers recreate American cities in meticulous detail and then release an apocalypse on them wherein you play the protagonist. FO3 was based in DC, and having been there, it’s almost eerie how accurate they were, from the subway lines to the monuments.
