What is with the compulsion to post private family business to social media? The getting of eyeballs, I guess.
Once it was putting progressively bigger wooden disks into a slit in your lower lip.

I have a good friend who is half my age.
A few years ago she showed up at my house with a nose ring. I told her only cows wear nose rings. (We both grew up in Indiana farmland.) Problem solved.
No social media.
