Either they are not wise and do not see the consequences or they are not good and decent. In many cases, they are neither.
We need specific questions.
Like
“Where is your line for sexual relationships? Legal polygamy? Legal childhood marriage? Legal beastiality? Where?”
“Where is your line for gun control? Heavy gun taxes? Outlawing civilian guns? Gun confiscation? Where?”
Being “Woke” is nothing more than being fast asleep in a dystopian nightmare.
The Woke have fractured American society. There’s no going back to the way things were.
Is there any relationship of woke to reality?
That is what asking would cause me to question before I got an answer.
Is the person capable of rational thought when in the minds of many, woke is irrational on the order of PC group think or some other way of explaining irrationality.
Just my narrow thought on the subject. Is woke uncharted territory or just the latest from progressives buying in to the daily changing culture of the left.

If my three closest friends of 40+ years knew what I REALLY thought 99.999% of the time, they’d never speak to me again, LOL!
We became friends in the Army, prior to any of us being the least little bit interested in politics. They went one way, I went the other. None of them are radical in any way, but they seem dumber to me as time passes, though all have been fine, upstanding contributors to Society, raised good kids, have grand kids now, all in long term, solid marriages.
Or maybe it’s me? Maybe I’m the ‘woke’ one? *SNORT*
Where to start?!
I disliked the news failing in its job to give descriptions of perpetrators on the loose in my community. How long before they are no longer allowed to identify them as male or female persons of interest I do not know. The good news is the bad news in that now we have more camera footage of persons of interest, and of everyone else, come to that.
I disliked being forced by my professor to read the equivalent of a Harry Potter novel a week of bad social science research. It was illogical claptrap by people who couldn’t do math, but who wanted grant money anyway, so here we are with the Humanities ruined trying to cope with problems more suited for psychology, namely, untangling cultists from their cults.
TV is ruined but that might be just as well since its been a waste of time for a long time. Better to do more productive things, but I don’t know that people will, though I’ve seen a lot less new tv boxes on the curb lately.
Cancel culture has been gearing up for a long time. It used to be they would make something up about defaming prayer or desecrating the flag, but if you researched it you would find alleged gay rights violations or something. Some sort of critical mass may have been reached, but like Fareed Zakari gleefully mocking deplorables prematurely, a Trump sized wakeup call may be percolating through the consciousness of everyone that doesn’t want to live under the Woke Stasi.
Losing competitive advantage is a biggie for me, and thats exactly what all this navel gazing and goalposts on the move is getting us. We have become backwards.
I think you’re going to get a varied spectrum based upon a person’s particular Faith at the time of their ‘woke’ limit being breached.
As a non-Christian (raised Catholic) my mindset was such that Hillary Clinton was a conservative. No joke, either. After coming to accept Christ as my Savior, there was a dramatic turn-around. As a Christian there was never a question of actually reaching a ‘woke’ breach, per say. Wisdom, was a patient teacher and dealt with me firmly.
So it’ll be interesting to see the replies. I hope to be enlightened in a bit with the responses.
