I do guardianships for a living. The question remains - how do you force someone to go on tour and sing? Someone mentioned contractual obligations, but there is also a Thirteenth Amendment.
You can control my money, and you can set up the venue, but you can’t make me get up there and sing. Not very well, anyway. If you want a good performance, we can talk about loosening up the strings.
I spent enough time in court as a LEO that caused me to make it a mandatory general rule “STAY OUT OF COURT”! Stay as far from a courthouse as you can. The courts are NOT a place where “fairness” is decided. It is a predatory system built to extract money from all those who enter. There are no “honest” lawyers, there are no “honest” judges and there are no “honest” courts. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
