To: alternatives?; a fool in paradise

I do guardianships for a living. The question remains - how do you force someone to go on tour and sing? Someone mentioned contractual obligations, but there is also a Thirteenth Amendment.

You can control my money, and you can set up the venue, but you can’t make me get up there and sing. Not very well, anyway. If you want a good performance, we can talk about loosening up the strings.

I have had a friend told by a judge to get a part time job, in addition to his full time job, to meet the child support payments.

Existing contracts have nothing to do with it. She likely needs to keep working in order to meet her obligations under family court rulings. You can be sent to jail for failing to make alimony and child support payments.
