I have had a friend told by a judge to get a part time job, in addition to his full time job, to meet the child support payments.

Existing contracts have nothing to do with it. She likely needs to keep working in order to meet her obligations under family court rulings. You can be sent to jail for failing to make alimony and child support payments.

She has a net worth of $60,000,000.00. She can support her children on that. This is probate court, not divorce court. There is no issue of child support or alimony. No one can force someone to work who has enough money to support her children. And even if they could, they can’t make her sing well or remember the words if she can’t remember them. There is more to this story. Someone said “Stockholm Syndrome” upthread.
