Dade County property tax record search returns two owners with the name “McAfee” both female. Both properties located nowhere near the beachbeach.
Additional search of Dade County tax roles for “Dyson”, his widow’s maiden name showed no ownership in that building.
He has a daughter and searching for her too...

ThankQ, that answers my question.
But if the collapse was on purpose, that would point to the twtt by McAfee, about the location of the 31TB, as being a real twtt.
But someone upthread said that twtt was fake.
