I think your theory is interesting and does hold water.
I thought I read somewhere that Obama “un-outlawed” gain of function research days before Trump took office.
I still can’t help thinking Fauci pushing the funding through Eco Alliance wasn’t in part so China had a failsafe and way to come back against arguments they should be made to make reparations if their deep state allies screwed up and got caught.
