In 1878, the US Supreme Court ruled in United States vs. Throckmorton that fraud vitiates everything.

Vitiates means to make ineffective (a contract or legal stipulation, for example) or invalidate.

As far as I'm concerned, that would make every piece of it null and void. It would hold the same value as if I had passed and signed the legislation - and that value would be none.

Depends. If it is shown Biden wears Depends, then it depends. Seriously though, if a number of senators were fraudulent then those bills could be challenged; same with Congress or legislation Harris broke the tie on.

Well if its true that the US corporation was dissolved before Big T left Washington then Biden is just the President of a defunct corporation so none of the nonsense he has implemented is legitimate anyway.
