If we expand our thinking, we’ll understand that any thread or forum supporting MAGA will be a high level target for online deep state operatives. Are we ankle-deep in phony Trump supporters, or is every poster clean as a whistle?
The phony ones are viruses: imposters taking on the appearance of their host. In my law enforcement experience I observed hardened sociopaths to claim Christianity more than real Christians do.
We still live in a world where things are hidden, where the unknown is a daily challenge. But some things are certain, for example phony communist posters are low IQ, and occultists don’t even know why they do what they do.
Are there any posters who appear to support Trump, but don’t seem quite right? Try to identify their method. Charisma just a little overdone? Excessive use of humor or entertainment? There were before photo’s that showed spalled concrete off of rebar. As a certified Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector I can tell you that the primary hazard to reinforcing steel there is going to be access to the reinforcing steel for salt water. That exposure allows for oxidizing corrosion, hydrogen embrittlement (going off bay bridge issue) and penetration into concrete body of chloride.
Given the placement environment, they probably placed concrete back in 81 to a higher standard than elsewhere, but lacking 40 years of additional experience.
Per American Concrete Institute (ACI) standards reinforcing steel in concrete exposed to earth needs 3 inch minimum tolerance (coverage) of concrete. I’ve noted myself on jobs that that is effectively neutralized if all the bar is separated at or better than that from earth only to have tie wires or wired dobies (spacers) extend their wires out of the concrete.
Even then speed of corrosion will be affected by a lot of stuff.
This was taken 36 hours before the collapse in the pool equipment room and would bet there structural impairment was far greater if this was evident to the naked eye.

or i should say critical covid19 that
received intravenous and acetylcysteine
and it’s an interesting paper because
they actually gave the first patient an
acetylcysteine
for what would be considered kind of an
approved indication
which was hemolysis in the setting of
low glutathione levels
and then notice that the patient’s
inflammatory markers from their severe
covit came down when they got
n-acetylcysteine
then when they stopped at those
inflammatory markers went back up
and then when they restarted an
acetylcysteine the inflammatory markers
went back down so these
you know astute clinicians noticed that
trend and thought huh
maybe ivn acetylcysteine could be a
therapy
for severe and critical covalent 19 and
then trialed it on
nine additional patients that were very
very ill
on ecmo extracorporeal membrane
oxygenation for critical covid19
and that’s what we’re going to talk
about today

these authors had a patient with
critical covid19
all right and this patient got treated
with hydroxychloroquine so they had this
individual
who was middle-aged they had severe
covid19
and they were treated with
hydroxychloroquine
well a known side effect of
hydroxychloroquine
is that it decreases glutathione levels
and we’ll get into this pathway here
these glutathione levels
the body though can usually compensate
for that
by increasing the amount of glutathione
it produces
to maintain this pathway but in
individuals with
g6pd deficiency
which most people if they have it don’t
know about it
until they get a medication that
decreases glutathione levels
it can lead to hemolysis hemolysis is
the destruction of
blood cells and it can cause a lot of
problems because those blood cells
release their content
you start to have low blood counts um
you could have blood clotting
inflammation
all sorts of problems so this individual
got hydroxychloroquine
unbeknownst to the physicians or the
patient the person had g6pd deficiency
so their decreased glutathione levels
they couldn’t compensate they had severe
hemolysis
so what they did was they treated the
patient
with iv and acetyl cysteine or
neck to increase those glutathione
levels and then notice that after the
neck the inflammatory markers
just i am for the patient severe covid
decreased
when they stopped the knack the
inflammatory markers went back up
and then when they restarted it the
inflammatory markers went back down
and these authors said huh that’s
interesting i wonder
if iv an acetylcysteine could be a
therapy for severe covid19
so then they trialled it on nine
critical patients who were very very
sick
to get into this pathway though just
briefly since you know the first patient
it’s
was about this uh g6pd deficiency
homolysis glutathione etc
etc um this is a pathway that occurs in
the body
it’s part of the pentose phosphate
pathway
and what happens is you have glucose
6-phosphate that gets
converted to 6-phosphogluconate and
that’s done through
glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase or
g6pd this is an important enzyme
so remember that and the point of this
is that it takes this nadp-positive
to nadph and in doing such
it allows reduction of this gssg which
is glutathione disulfate to glutathione
all right so you need nadph to make this
reaction happen
all right and then the glutathione here
is used
as an antioxidant all right and it takes
peroxide and oxygen free radicals
turns them into water if you’re unable
to convert these uh radical oxygen
species
with glutathione and glutathione
peroxidase to
water then this the free radicals cause
a lot of oxidant stress
hemolysis and wreak some havoc on the
body so with glucose 6pd deficiency you
have much lower levels of g6pd
so that means if you get a medication
that decreases
glutathione you can’t use this pathway
to produce more glutathione
right and if you can’t produce more
glutathione you start to get increased
levels of radical oxygen species
and then you get oxidative stress on the
organs and things like hemolysis
so iv n-acetylcysteine actually
increases glutathione levels so what you
can do to treat this
is you can give n-acetyl cysteine
because n-acetyl cysteine then will
increase glutathione levels
right which will then allow again you to
change radical oxygen species to water
through glutathione peroxidase
so that’s what they get did they gave
this patient iv and acetylcysteine
because the patient had g6pd and
hydroxychloroquine decreases glutathione
levels
and the hemolysis improved when they
noticed those decreased inflammatory
markers they said hey wait let’s try
this
on additional patients so they had
nine additional patients
with let me meet my computer with really
really critical
covid19
and uh you know how critical they were
kind of the sickest that you can be
eight of the nine eight of nine of them
were on
vv ecmo and what ecmo is is your lungs
are so
so sick that you actually take all the
blood out of the body put it through an
oxygenator and pump it back into the
body because your lungs even on a
ventilator
can’t get enough oxygen into the blood
to survive so this is like the sickest
you can be
after vv ecmo you know there’s not
really any additional therapies
in the acute setting that you can do to
try to save a patient
what did they find well what they found
was actually quite intriguing so this is
one of the tables here that
goes through the results so you have all
10 patients right nine
plus the one with um the hydraulic
chloroquine and g6pd deficiency
and what they saw was that
so they have like inflammatory markers
before and after neck before neck after
neck
uh the nac duration the neck dose
whether they were on ecmo and the
outcome
and what they see is for crpc reactive
protein
and ferritin both of which are
inflammatory markers the
before and after knack is quite you know
robust
all these patients 89 down to 14 90 down
to 13 243 down to 72 you can go through
all of them
and you see this huge decrease in
inflammatory markers between the pope
before and after neck
same thing with ferritin right 3 700 to
1500
9000 to 2000 you can go through all of
these and
other than this one individual here who
want 300 to 330
the rest of these all went down
tremendously after iv
knack the nac duration wasn’t too long
it ranged from two days
to nine days and you can see there’s a
some variability in dosing some got a
single dose of high dose some got kind
of 600
milligrams every 12 hours and you can
see the vast majority were in ecmo
except for patient 10 here
and something that is extremely
surprising
is that a huge number of these right one
two three four five six
seven eight eight of 10 patients were
discharged
so vv ecmo even if it’s not for severe
covet 19
the mortality is very high much higher
than 20
in this study the mortality was zero
because the other two were still
hospitalized
but the fact that 80 were discharged
home is actually a very very impressive
result given that
you know nine of ten were on vv ecmo
during the study or at least to start
the study
so i you know this is a small study what
we need here
are larger
you know studies to either confirm
or refute the result because with small
studies like this there’s lots of
possible confounding variables we need
larger randomized numbers
um so we need larger studies to confirm
or refute the result
but to be honest you know i was um
i was surprised to see how robust these
results were
um mostly in terms of the outcomes in
terms of how many were discharged home
after being on vv ecmo
um i think it’s something that has not
gotten enough kind of spotlight on it
and to be honest i i’d heard whisperings
about ivy knack but until one of our
viewers shout out paul brought it to my
attention
and i know a lot of you have talked
about in the comments i did not realize
that there was a
this case series with such uh impressive
outcomes so it’d be great to see some
larger studies given ivy knack
you know this is not a recommendation to
take next talk to your physician before
you take any medications at the risk of
you know having a harmful or negative
outcome um but
knack overall in a medical sense is a
fairly you know benign medication there
are adverse effects
bad things can happen if you take it
inappropriately but
usually um there’s very minimal side
effects to that so i i’d love to see
some bigger studies and
i’ll do some research to see if there’s
some larger studies currently ongoing
out there
given how impressive this k series was
just quick we’ve talked about the
mechanism of action
of knack i will link the study in the
video description that we
use we went through a whole bunch of
possible mechanisms
these authors though also kind of talked
about the mechanisms and
and they covered roughly uh similar
mechanisms but did in a little different
way so i just wanted to
kind of go over the mechanisms they
spoke of
so that we could all have an
understanding of you know the predicted
pathways in which knack works
so these authors focused a lot on nax
involvement in that glutathione pathway
that we talked about
specifically through mtor as well as
cysteine
amino acids so they essentially said
that
iv neck as we talked about increases
glutathione gsh
and in doing such this gsh decreases
ros which is reactive oxygen species
which is what we talked about
and they said a few things one
decreasing reactive oxygen species in
general
decreases cell death it also though they
said um down regulates the amount of
beta two glycoprotein
which can be involved in thrombosis so
these authors are relating the amount of
reacted
oxygen species to the potential for
thrombosis and are saying
with lower reactive oxygen species which
happens when you increase glutathione
levels through an acetyl cysteine
you may have less thrombosis through
this beta2 gpi pathway
and apl’s antiphospholipid which is you
know known to
cause thrombosis especially in people
with antiphospholipid syndrome
all right in addition to that which we
talked about in the other videos
other video on the knack mechanism of
action knack may have some direct
inhibitory effect on the
interaction between the stars cov2 virus
the virus causes cova 19 and the ace2
receptor in humans
all right through the transmembrane
disulfide bonds
and obviously they’re saying if there is
direct inhibitory effect you’re
obviously going to have much
less invasion of stars cov2 into human
cells and there could be
you know direct antiviral
effects through knack now this is all
hypothesis right none of this has been
confirmed in vivo or in vitro at least
as far as i know
in relation directly to an
acetylcysteine stars cov2
in addition to that um the authors point
out we’ve talked about this with
ivermectin recently
um that knack could have a direct
inhibitory relation in the stat 3
pathway
which is kind of the interleukin-6 jack
1 stat 3 pathway which is
involved in a whole bunch of things one
is inflammation
another one is actually thrombosis
another one is lymphopenia and we went
over all this an ivermectin video on
stat three so check that out on our page
but they’re essentially saying that nat
could have a direct inhibitory effect
on stat 3 and as such could decrease all
those down 3
downstream things like the immune
activation
thrombosis etc
alright so if you want more detail in
our last snack video and mechanism we
went in much more detail so check that

um i mostly wanted to and here i’ll put
this in view just if you want to pause
it and read through
this whole uh figure description they go
in immense detail on
their proposed mechanism
for efficacy in that um figure
description so you could pause here and

on n-acetyl cysteine as when i did the
previous n-acetylcysteine video
actually was not aware there was a
