Before I was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer and put on androgen deprivation therapy, I perspired, a lot. After an hour or so of being active, the odor was not pleasant.
Now, I can wear a polyester shirt around the house for two days, and no odor.
Mr. mm had prostate cancer and I could tell he had it by the way he smelled. It had changed and not for the better.
After the surgery, the odor was gone.
What I perceived as testosterone in young men was not an unpleasant odor at all. It’s hard to describe, but if I had to, I’d call it a sort of cold, metallic scent.
