“Science” is ever changing to fit whatever narrative the control freaks wish us to believe.
I’ve refrained from their advice for most of my life.
I knew an “expert” combat dude once. SWAT Team, former Army Ranger, all the Cha-Bang you could think of when it came to war - he was killed by an 8 year old boy in Afghanistan.
There are also “expert” surgeons who amputate the wrong limb or leave instruments inside their patients after a surgery is wrapped up.
Take the word “expert” with a grain of salt.
