Not Korean. Post 26 says Anat is a common first name in Israel. An internet search shows Kimchi/Kimhi is a Hebrew surname.

Why do you say ‘almost certainly’?

There are lots of languages that aren’t expressed in a Latin alphabet in written form - and they are translated phonetically into our alphabet.
