Listen up, Ms Canada, you really need to brush up on the US constitution. This is the 2nd highly inaccurate statement about the US constitution you have made on this thread. The president of the Senate (Pence) presided over the election. Ultimately, it was his responsibility, and his alone, to accept or deny those slates of electors.

LOL!
OK, cite the words in the Constitution that say he decides what slates of Electors to accept..............
No, you people know it doesn’t say that.
Our Founders knew we’re not ruled by angels. And our President is not elected by popular vote.
On Jan 20th the President of the US of A was sworn in.
That’s in the Constitution.

Stop, dude. You’re going to lecture me on constitutional law? You really think the Vice President of the United States has the authority to unilaterally reject electoral votes?
You’re such a partisan phony, because you’re sitting there telling me that Mike Pence should have done something you’d never let a Democrat like VP Gore, VP Biden, or VP Harris do in a million years.

The president of the Senate (Pence) presided over the election. Ultimately, it was his responsibility, and his alone, to accept or deny those slates of electors. Where does the Constitution say that?
