Adverse reactions to drugs can cause enlarged heart. The heart can be enlarged when it is weakened or through other causes.
It’s out there on the internet - but here you are refuting legitimate concern with false dismissals. Even the CDC thought they should look at it, when the CDC has been doing the same thing you’ve been doing - creating confusion and doubt while supporting the ‘vaccines’.

The experimental gene therapy that was forced on this child probably had a bit more than 3 days to do it's damage, since she specifically mentioned that it was his SECOND shot.
