These nanoparticles have other uses also, beyond fighting this virus, such as surveillance and predictive policing. In other words, your thoughts might be used to make you a criminal. Could also be used for digital financial transactions. So, without the vaccine, you won't have any purchasing power.
Statements like this show the lunacy that she is capable of. It is complete and utter nonsense. The lipid nanoparticles have no capability to read your mind, communicate your thoughts, or interface with a computer. She is giving a bad name to those who oppose the COVID vaccines for legitimate reasons. She's either an intelligence operative tasked with making COVID vaccine skeptics look bad, or a grifter trying to make money from COVID vaccine skepticism.
So, now you know a conspiracy theory when you see one. I guess you've learned nothing over the last 5 years now.
Please share your credentials that make you all knowing as to what is or isn't a possibility. Lots of technology has been created in the last couple of decades that the majority know nothing about.
