Many corporations HR departments have been targeted and taken over by the activists.

Nor does anyone in power seem to care these fairy tale “victims” do less useful work.

"Human Resources" is the problem. I would love to see companies tear the HR department out by the roots and return to having a personnel office in charge of hiring, firing, insurance contracts and making sure the right people get the right payroll checks. If they hang up a poster anywhere the whole department gets fired and the new personnel department is told what happened to the last one.

I work for one, disgusting how it is spreading amongst the management. Fortunately, most all of my coworkers aren’t buying into their filth and immorality. All the major airlines have been corrupted, I was told personally the LGBTQRST groups are the wealthiest of targeted groups, no kids, lots of money.....all the airlines ads, propaganda, and rhetoric is shameful.

It may have nothing to do with “activists” in HR departments. I’ve always found them to be the most marginal people in any corporate environment …. not terribly intelligent, and “educated” in some useless field of study that doesn’t prepare anyone to work in a productive capacity.

In my 30+ years of dealing with HR people of all kinds — in both my own employers and in other companies I was dealing with — I have never once dealt with a man. That probably tells the whole story right there.

Anybody remember when this all started?
When the Nixon DoJ traded an anti-trust probe for a letter of agreement from AT&T that resulted in an EEOC with teeth and mandatory Affirmative Action?
Once the government got “The Phone Company” (at that time the largest private employer in the free world) to buy into their crap, it spread like a cancer throughout the business community.
What’s happening today with “wokeism” is just a natural progression from that....a social experiment that expanded geometrically at the point of gun.

HR is the corporate equivalent of the Secretary of State office.

At my company practically every rep is a female and about half are black.

Our DIE head has formally announced hiring quotas.

On our internal communication pages conservatives are practically shunned as third class posters. We've taken to communicating in secret.
