It describes a conference call in Feb 2020 between scientists and they discussed the fact that COVID could have come from the lab despite shutting down any public speculation suggesting that.

What I found interesting is Fauci is bringing this up to the reporter. Maybe he’s trying to get his story straight? I don’t know..
