No, I have another alias I use for questionable sites and connections. And sometimes use a completely different external drive that shows on their end as a totally different “device” and OS install.
But I think you are on the right track in suspicion. I think what happened was it forced me to toggle on some hidden tracking scripts that my NoScript was blocking before it would let me render all the registration elements.
So I think because I had just been clicking here at the FR the tracker saw that in my browser history. And they may have a predetermined list of “no access” from certain sites/IP addresses like the FR. I can set that with our domain also.
So I will try again at a later point after I completely clear my browser cache or do it from the other drive. But you have me super curious of what is going on in there now. lol :)
