This drumbeat that comedy is dead is just silly. Comedy, like everything else, evolves and changes. As it should. Especially in these days of mass media availability. There’s simply no reason for anybody to do George Burns style anymore, you wanna watch George Burns look him up on youtube. There are great comedians right now. There are also bad ones. Just like any other time.
