In short, Clevenger, (with the Transparency Project), made a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the FBI for records of domestic surveillance. The FBI replied that it would take decades to provide the records. The NSA, however, responded much more favorably and agreed to process the request. The NSA's response indicates that it is in disagreement with the FBI and DOJ, who are in delay mode. Could the the NSA now be blowing the whistle on the Deep State? Does the NSA remain loyal to Trump, and not the pretender?
