Is this an interagency squabble, or a sign of dissent by an NSA whose loyalty isn't to the Biden regime? It might prove that the letter by the 124 "Flag Officers 4 America" recently has more support in the U.S. military than meets the eye. I see this as a good sign. Without the consent of the governed, no court ruling, or certification, has any real value.
