It was a Thanksgiving episode and the frozen meat were Turkeys, except they were alive and being dropped over a parking lot. It really was hysterical.
The last line was from the actor playing the station owner; "As God is my witness, I thought turkeys could fly."
The creator of the show (a radio veteran himself) said that that episode was based on a real radio promotional event.
