I would hope you are preaching to the choir here on FreeRepublic.
I’ve met George P a number of times. Comes to my office begging for money.
He’s unfit for any office.
(And, yes, you have to give the grifters a little money if they come visit. No way around it politically in West Texas, except to be out of town, which I try to do. I was caught.)
so, this bush could be 100% right on the issues (if such a thing exists), but we should all still hate him because his last name is bush. is that what you’re ramping up to?
so, trump himself could endorse this bush, and we should still hate him because his last name is bush?
just trying to get my hate organized.
Thanks!
Please add me to any Ken Paxton ping list you may have/start.

Unfortunately, state law prohibits contributions in the 30-day period before and 20-day period after the Texas Legislative Session, as well as during the session itself. Please check back 20 days after session ends to donate to our campaign.
I agree 100%. No more dynasties, not in Texas. Elected offices arenโt theirs to pass down to their wives and kids.
If Texas elects a Bush, you can count on Texas becoming a Sanctuary State overnight and ceding back to Mexico
Something must be afoot in Bushland. I got a fund raising card in the mail to send money in with a birthday card for President Bush. WTH?
I've been done with the Bushes for a long time!
Fool me twice, shame on me. It isn't going to happen a third time!!!
I voted for Paxton before and I will vote for him again.
“I like them both very much,” Trump said in a statement about Paxton and George P. in late May. “I’ll be making my endorsement and recommendation to the great people of Texas in the not-so-distant future.”
And if Trump does choose George P. over the scandal-tarred Paxton, the scion of the first family of Republican politics is very likely to be the next attorney general of Texas — and on a fast-track to the governor’s mansion.

Remember the Alamo...
I’ll vote for Paxton again.
I did not vote for Pee Bush when he won the office of Land Commissioner nor will I vote for Pee Bush for any office.
wait. hasn’t he been charged with securities fraud, or some such?
I get that hating the bushes is a spectator sport on FR, but doesn’t anyone think that nominating a guy that will be on trial for a criminal offense during the election will be a problem?
Ken Paxton is a GREAT attorney general. The Demonrat communists and their rino buddies have thrown everything at him they can continuously ever since he was elected, and he has still done a fantastic job. Throwing a Bush at him is a continuation of this. Support Ken Paxton!
Ken Paxton is under attack from all sides but doesn’t back down. I’ll gladly vote for him.......again! Can’t let the damn Demonrats take Texas..... let’s make it redder than ever before!
no one has answered my question: how smart is it to nominate a guy for AG who is under a criminal indictment and going to trial— probably in the middle of the election?
