Good news. Helpful step along the path of hopefully some day being able to deflect an asteroid if such a thing is possible.

If you can nudge a killer rock out of the way, you can also do the reverse and nudge a rock into our orbit, making our nukes look like popcorn. Whoever has the capability to modify an asteroid orbit has an extremely powerful weapon. Imagine if Tunguska had happened over Paris, or Barringer had happened over Phoenix, or if there were another Chesapeake event.
Give the job to Elon Musk. He’ll figure out a way to get er done.
