We've always had a few coyotes around, but last fall the population exploded.

Had a pack of 12-15 right behind my house.

They would split up at night to hunt and call, back and forth, howling like wolves.

Pretty spooky.

40lb young male and a 50lb female.

The pack disappeared after that.

Oh, I suspect they are still around-just not right behind your house any more.
