Dude. If you eat 3,000 cal/day YOU WILL GAIN WEIGHT.
Might have been more than that. The body builder protein shakes were 2,000 calories each, plus three meals a day. Gained 5 lbs in a couple of weeks and after another 6 weeks of not gaining any more, I said the heck with it. Just my metabolism. Been 5’-10” with a 29” waist for almost 40 years now.
If you eat nothing but meat and vegetables, eggs and dairy for a month you should know if it works for you.
It is the easiest diet in the world because you can eat as much as you want of all of that.
By the end of the month your stomach should deflate, If you have heartburn it should be completely gone, And your joints should stop hurting. Plus your appetite will go way down.
But you have to be absolutely religious about it for the entire month -no wheat. Because it’s like starting from scratch all over again.
I avoid anything out of a box or can, except for canned vegetables.
Cut out the toast and you got it
Is the dry sprouted toast made from wheat berry?
“Is the dry sprouted toast made from wheat berry?”
Yes, sprouted whole wheat kernels.
Then ground into a flour.
Try going without the flour, see what happens

need more sexercise... 😁
“Try going without the flour, see what happens”
My activity level dictates I eat a balanced and complete diet.
And it includes small amounts of grain and beans.
Be sure and drop the beets if you get at risk for kidney stones.
I think that middle-aged men have a male response to female menopause. Less sexual activity when that wall is hit, with many men waking up and discovering that they can’t remember the ‘last time’. Because that world just stops.
A friend, a full decade older , cautioned me to take a picture of something/ somewhere when you have a good sexual experience with a spouse. Because you won’t remember when it doesn’t happen again.
Oct, 2018 St Augustine, Fl on a short weekend to go to a wedding of a young mentored doctor friend (like a second daughter). And shouldn’t really count because it didn’t finish well for either. So Vegas convention 2015.
And now back to my whiskey as i sit and ponder. Not bitter, BUT EFFIN’ READY.
or look like you escaped from the walrus exhibit.
———with a shaved head, you could be my brother!
I’m afraid to inform you that my mother really messed things up while bringing me into this world (she will tell you this herself), she lollygagged and my now my head shape wouldn’t support a chrome dome aesthetically. I am forced to grow thick, curly hair instead and a dark blonde to boot. God has cursed me in this, and I will bear it.
I’ll still be your brother though heh.
Or, you could just be a jerk.
Occam’s Razor and all that.

Eat all the beans you want- just not processed wheat flour.
If you don’t want to try it then don’t.
All I know is it changed my whole life. I feel better than I did 20 years ago.
The only “wheat flour” I eat is from organic, sprouted whole wheat kernels. It makes a huge difference.
The effects you were alluding to I experienced from all white flour...which is just sugar with gluten.
Well if you are not in the mood to even try it, then I guess that’s up to you. It sounds like you’re doing alright.
where do you get it?
There are two of highest quality that I know of.
1. Food For Life’s Ezekiel bread - Nationwide
https://www.foodforlife.com/about_us/ezekiel-49
2. Alvarado Street Bakery’s Sprouted Whole Wheat - They probably mail it to you(online shopping), I get it local
https://www.alvaradostreetbakery.com/
Especially the Ezekiel, youre likely to find it nationwide in the frozen section.
Made all the difference in the world for me. I can’t even look at white bread of any kind. And most of the commercial “wheat” breads are no different.
You MAY have a local, commercial bakery that makes sprouted grain breads. Just ask your store.
