Does everybody remember the posters kids would put up on trees and telephone poles for missing dogs and cats, etc? (They all got eaten by coyotes but I digress.)

Well back when my kids were young and it was still okay to play April Fool's jokes, we stapled a bunch of posters in our neighborhood about "Chippy" the missing chipmunk.

The posters had a picture of a chipmunk and we had a fake 800 number to call. Chipmunk went by the name of "Chippy" and we were hoping to find him.

We never did.
