Ronaldo caused a stir Monday when he stepped to the podium to talk to reporters. Sitting in front of him were two Coca-Cola bottles. He then removed the soda from his vision and brought out his unlabeled water bottle and told reporters in his native Portuguese to drink water.
"It’s almost like the veterans know what they’re doing," Brady tweeted.
Ronaldo revealed to Goal.com in 2020 he eats a high-protein diet with whole-grain carbs, fruits and vegetables. He eats six small meals per day or one meal every three to four hours.
Portugal won the European Championship in 2016. Ronaldo scored three goals and had three assists during the tournament. He played in all seven matches.

Not to White people.
Ronaldo had two goals today. I guess there is something to it.
Ronaldo will be able to play at a high level into his 40s, he’s like Tom Brady.
Good For HIM !!!!
Tom Brady sells his own brand TB12, Ronaldo should do the same and call it CRy if he’s not doing that already.
CR7
Coca Cola
“You’re too white for it.”
“Ronaldo will be able to play at a high level into his 40s, he’s like Tom Brady.”
Not very likely unless he wants to make guest appearances in MLS.
Ronaldo won’t be able to play into his 40s. Soccer is just too physically demanding. However, his conditioning and diet regimen is unsurpassed in the sporting world. He should be able to perform at a very high level into his late 30s. He might even be able to contribute in his early 40s.
Drank 3-4 Diet Cokes everyday for years, had to have kidney stones removed via my back. Doctor said to quit drinking it if I didn’t want future stones.
Almost started back up just so I could quit again after their recent “wokeness.”
Just remember, that leftist company sells alot more than coke. Avoid it all.
I'll take that bet. If anyone can do it, it's him. He may not be as fast now, but nobody knows how to position himself better to score, he makes it look too easy, that people underestimate just what kind of skill that takes.
He’s still great, probably the greatest of all time. He’s lost a step or two, which still leaves him a step or two ahead of almost every other player in the world; but as great as his conditioning is, time takes its toll for everyone.
Even now, He’s not the player he was 3-4 years, even though he is still one of the best in the world today.
Messi is great, but he’s going down hill much more quickly than Ronaldo.
I would bet if Ronaldo played in the MLS at the age of 40, he’s easily be the best player in the league.
