Your needle work, and that poem and your HEART are just so lovely. You’re a Keeper! :)

Love the scarf - I LOVE Vanna’s yarns. The color pallet is just excellent.

I was wondering what color to make the scarf - there was no family pic in the church directory. I never look up people I do not know on FB, but I gave this girl a try. Sure enough, I found her - she had a couple of public pics. She is a gorgeous brunette with either green or hazel eyes. In one of the pics, she was in a silver blue long dress (bridesmaid type) & it really suited her coloring. I had previously crocheted a shawl out of Vanna's in that silver blue color so I immediately knew that was the color I would choose - if I could find it. I needed 3 skeins, got really lucky & found a 3-skein bundle on Amazon for about what I would have paid after I ran all over town trying to find it at Joanne's, Michael's, etc. It's actually a color that will go with almost any coat color she would be wearing. I've done several scarves for graduates over the years, but this one is my favorite.

Here's the shawl I made out of the silver blue ...... it's called "Sweet Scallops" ... stinker to start & you have to pay attention, but it really turns out pretty.
