At one time, the Soros Group owned and controlled Smartmatic (and Diebold) but they sold it (divested themselves of its manufacture) while slyly keeping control of its software maintenance group, i.e. Soros pukes were still involved in writing and maintaining source code for the machines.
Soros Group's master plan was/is to take control of US political elections, putting their people in key offices ("Get our people in there!") while running software for machines and General Election Management Systems. (GEMS).
Dominion Voting Systems (DVS = Devious, yes this is relevant to these Luciferian Baphomet horn lickers, they play these games) started 'consolidating' all the various election stealth tech space "Smartmatic, ES&S, Sequoia, Premier, Diebold and OpTech voting machines" all driven by the same software.
Venezuela was a test run and it worked for the Soros Group. Hugo Chavez was their guy installed by Diebold which became 'Premier Election Solutions', yeah their 'election solution', then brought into control by Dominion. The thing is the same control group was always there. The names change but the control hierarchy remains the same. Geographic proximity was no problem, the Soros Group was headquartered in Grand Cayman, a short flight to Caracas (2 hours).
And yes, Baphomet was their secret society decoder ring, a symbol drawing those that are attracted to secrecy and mischief.
