Are ballots considered invalid if there is no chain of custody? Would that make a lot of “Biden votes” go POOF? I mean, if we cared about the law.

‘Chain of custody’ is positively critical. Example:

In court cases (let’s say someone is on trial for murder) and the ‘chain of custody’ for the murder weapon is compromised.

As a juror, and no matter what the other evidence, I couldn’t vote to convict... no one could or SHOULD.
