I rarely touch normal breads any longer, due to the carb calories involved.

I can day we’ve taken to Aldi’s keto-friendly multigrain bread, along with a higher calorie keto bread at Costco. Also, we enjoy the low carb tortillas from Costco, too.

I made some keto bread on saturday. first time to make bread —never mind keto

I followed dr Berg’s recipe.
https://thewhoot.com/whoot-news/recipes/healthiest-bread-world-recipe

I wolfed it down at a siting. I could barely wait for it to cool out of the oven. used plenty of irish butter.

I’m thinking maybe it would be a good idea to get some sourdough starter. sourdough bread is another bread that I’ll just wolf down at sitting.

I’ve started eating tortillas instead of bread.

The best keto bread I've found is made by SOLA. Their hamburger buns are excellent (I toast them in a pan). Their white and sweet oat are very good, as well.
