I agree with you on that — which is why I would never impose a vaccine requirement on any of my employees under any circumstances.
People seem to forget Employers do have control over their bodies, although limited, you can be required to wear certain attire, not allowed to wear face metal (nose rings, bolts, whatever grossness) certain tattoos can’t be visible.

Most Employees restrict Active T.B. employees.

I mean the list is huge of the control an Employer can have over someone’s body and/or appearance.
