Russian President Vladimir Putin has praised Donald Trump, describing him as an extraordinary, talented and colorful individual during a recent interview. But Putin did not have the same affection for Joe Biden. During an interview with Keir Simmons of NBC News, Simmons said:

Andropov was born in 1914, Putin in 1952. There is a 38 year difference in age between them. They are not even from the same era. I remember Andropov very well. Nobody confuses Putin with Andropov,let alone me.
