I have started a lifestyle change due to my weight. Lost 15 in last 12 days. No more high fat foods, no more 2-3 30 oz dirt my fees every day, no chips, no junkfood. Just baked fish and chicken and lots of veggies and drink a gallon of water every day
I cannot believe the difference I feel in just 12 days. My ankles were swollen every night, that has gone away

I’ve been eating at home for the past year because of the virus. No more cheeseburgers and french fries. I really miss the french fries but I’m eating healthier food.
Every evening before dinner I steam some vegetables - either broccoli, cauliflower or some kind of squash - and then dip it in either mustard or a combination of mustard and sour cream. I eat the steamed vegetables as hors d’oeuvres. By the time the rest of the meal is ready I’m pretty full and eat much less dinner. Plus I’m beginning to really really like the vegetables.
