Pierce County Sheriff’s in the state of Washington are asking for its Twitter followers to take a good look at these catalytic converter thieves who hit a family’s Ford F-250, taking the emissions control device in less than 30 seconds.
A dealership in Texas lost 20 catalytic converters in a matter of minutes earlier this week
: a driver and the sawzall operator. They shimmied under the car and snatched up the part in seconds.

You have to be very careful with such a device.
Before I retired If I had an extremely bothersome employee and could absolutely not wait to deal with it through normal channels...
There were a few simple but difficult rules to be followed:
Make certain they’re dead.
Remove them a minimum of two miles from the main campus.
Bury them deep.
Failure to follow the rules is grounds for dismissal.
That can be a lot of hard work and I would not expect much in the way of help.
Rumor had it, that in one of the other buildings on campus, they were allowed to simply drop the body in the trash bin on the loading dock and cover it with more trash.
Some said it had to be in a garbage bag?
That “Shoot, Shovel and Shut up” thing is a nice bit of alliteration, but a huge amount of work!
