Pfizer said, after its little two-month trial, that infection rate was .93 of one percent in the unvaccinated, and .05 of one percent in the vaccinated for period of two months. They can't say what the efficacy rates are beyond that 2-month period.
In both instances, the chances of contracting what they deemed Covid, without using a valid test, was less than 1 percent. Still no causal relationship yet found, between those VAERS reports of deaths that occurred after the time of vaccination, and the vaccines.
As of June 11th, 2021:
“More than 302 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines were administered in the United States from December 14, 2020, through June 7, 2021. During this time, VAERS received 5,208 reports of death (0.0017%) among people who received a COVID-19 vaccine. FDA requires healthcare providers to report any death after COVID-19 vaccination to VAERS, even if it’s unclear whether the vaccine was the cause. A review of available clinical information, including death certificates, autopsy, and medical records, has not established a causal link to COVID-19 vaccines“

They do say that there is a plausible (not established) causal relationship between J&J/Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine and Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS). There were 35 reports of that, and at least one resulted in death.
So not counting acute anaphylaxis (which is possible with any vaccine), there is still a chance that at least one death may be causally related to COVID vaccination in the USA.
