That’s not what I’ve read. I read that The points of the Nuremberg Code are codified in U.S. law at Title 45 Code of Federal Regulations Part 46.
You will find this at 45 CFR 46.116 – Informed Consent.
Because vaccines are in the nature of medical experimentation 45 CFR 46.116 – Informed Consent applies.
