CRT is not a local problem. It is the result of the Department of Education. They pay schools that follow their guidelines. That Department has no justification in a Constitution that limited Federal power but has long since had Its boundaries 'redefined'. CRT is a symptom of a much greater issue , the Centralization of Federal power.

The Founders knew this would happen and put in Article V as a remedy. What they did not count on was the irrational fear of change that set in and continued to grow the longer the cure sat unused.

So here we are , only 2 flaky RAT Senator votes away from a total Communist take over and fools still soil themselves over the only thing that can save us.
