Just curious - is there any evidence that Insulin actually helps Type 2 diabetics live longer, with few complications, than no Insulin? I do get that it lowers blood sugar...just haven’t seen anything beyond that.

You mean no evidence beyond the fact that before insulin, a diagnosis of diabetes was a death sentence? That evidence?

For Type 1’s, yes, but I was asking about Type 2’s.
